KATO® inserts conform to all relevant global standards and design specifications. They are available in M2 to M16 Metric ranges and the Unified in 0-80 to 1/2-20 size range. The entire range is available in five standard lengths.
Our materials range from standard stainless steel through to Nimonic 90, Nitronic 60, Inconel X750 and Phosphor Bronze. Various surface finishes are available, including Cadmium plating, Silver plating, and Dry Film Lube. Our entire range of inserts also comes available in strip feed for semi-automatic installation. Other sizes, materials and coatings are available upon request.
